Overview

Short Description

1. 25m '21': Step up left and then onto the arete above the small, square roof. Move around the right-hand side of the arete. Follow the arete, moving around onto the left hand wall at one point, to stance on the Flakes Traverse of Africa Wall. Move 5m left to below the orange streaked face.

2. 35m'23': Pull up into the layback crack, past two pegs. Africa Scandal wimps off to the left but we move a little right. Continue up the orange streaks seen from below. One passes a black streak also visible from below. 3m below the obvious ledge (underneath the roof) take the righthand crack.

This classic line should have been done in the '80s but somehow got left for 20 years.
